*[Qazigund, Anantnag], [13/08/2024]* – 163 Bn CRPF under the aegis of the Shri Ajay Kumar Rajniker, Commandant 163 Bn CRPF has launched “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign as a part of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ from today. The campaign was launched to encourage the Government/Autonomous/private Officers and local bodies/residents in the AOR of this Unit Headquarters at Walnut Factory Qazigund Kulgam (J&K) to hoist the National Flag at their homes and offices to promote the spirit of nationalism.

This campaign aims to encourage citizens to hoist the Tricolor at their homes, workplaces, and public institutions to mark with fervor and pride. Objective of the Initiative The “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign seeks to evoke the spirit of nationalism, promote the importance of the national flag, and bring every citizen closer to the symbol of India’s unity and sovereignty. The initiative is a step towards fostering a deeper connection with the nation’s heritage and is a tribute to the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters who fought for the country’s independence. Nationwide Participation The campaign has garnered widespread support from all corners of the country. Citizens from various walks of life—students, professionals, homemakers, and senior citizens—are all set to participate by hoisting the Tricolor at their homes. Educational institutions, government offices, and businesses are also actively participating by organizing events and awareness programs to instill a sense of pride and responsibility towards the nation. Special Events and Activities During the “Har Ghar Tiranga” week, To educate the masses about the significance of the national flag and its proper display. Social Media Campaigns: Encouraging citizens to share their “Tiranga Moments” on social media platforms with the hashtag #HarGharTiranga
