Srinagar, Sep 11 : A 45-year-old man died after falling from a walnut tree in the Khag area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.
An official told one individual, namely Abdul Hameed Sheikh, fell from the tree near his residence and was badly injured.
Following first aid at a local hospital, the condition of Sheikh deteriorated, and he was shifted to the JVC Bemina, Unfortunately, he was declared dead upon arrival, he said.
Meanwhile, the police registered a case and are investigating the incident, the official added.— (KB)
