DC Kulgam reviews physical & financial achievements under District Capex

Instructs Officers to ensure maximum utilization of working season & prioritize timely completion of all works without compromising quality
KULGAM, OCTOBER 11: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan chaired a meeting today to review the physical and financial progress made under the District Capex.
During the meeting, the DC instructed Officers to ensure maximum utilization of the working season and prioritize the execution of new works.
He emphasized the need to complete all ongoing works in a timely manner.
The DC further directed that the audit process in the remaining Panchayats be completed without delay and urged the concerned departments to expedite their work.
He stressed the importance of ensuring 100% expenditure of the funds already released, urging officers to put in extra efforts to achieve the desired targets.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Bashir Ahmad Wani; Joint Director Planning, Zahid Sajjad; Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Assistant Commissioner Panchayats (ACP), Executive Engineers from REW, R&B, Jal Shakti, KPDCL, Block Development Officers (BDOs), and other district officers.
