Baramulla, Oct 19 : An unidentified terrorist was killed as Army foiled an infiltration bid in the Uri sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said.
Sources told that army noticed movement of terrorists along the Line of Control in Uri, following. which an operation was launched.
They said that the terrorists were challenged by the Indian Army, leading to a gunfight. “So far, one terrorist is believed to have been killed, and the operation is still ongoing.”
“Exchange of fire was going on when last reports came in,” they said—(KNO)
