DC Srinagar extends Diwali greetings to people

SRINAGAR OCTOBER 31:- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat has extended his greetings and good wishes to the people on the eve of Diwali, the festival of lights.
In his greetings, the Deputy Commissioner said that the Diwali festival signifies lighting of people’s lives by good deeds and occasion marks victory of good over evil and triumph of truthfulness.
The DC added that, Diwali is an occasion to eradicate evil from our society and embrace virtuous life style.
He prayed that this Diwali be celebrated by the people with renewed joy, enthusiasm and hope and wished the people of J&K good health, prosperity and happiness.
