Baramullah: As part of the ongoing ICDS program themed *”Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi*” at GDC Baramulla many activities were conducted on Day 4 as well.
The guests on this occasion included *Mr. Yaar Ali Khan (JKAS), the District Programming Officer of Baramulla*, and ICDS officer Gh Mohd Dar from Wagoora
Master trainer Mr.Malik Aijaz Ahmad ,Ms Shaheena Subhan, Supervisor ICDS Wagoora Ms Naseema Akhter,Supervisor Mr Ashiq Hussain,provided training to Angerwadi Workers and members on numerous activities related to the initiative of *Poshan Bhi and Padhai Bhi
During the event, the DPO also highlighted the objectives of the *”Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi”* program, which aims to create a vibrant and effective early childhood care and education system, perfectly aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The program, which also involves dedicated supervision from staff members, including Senior Assistant ICDS Department Wagoora Nisar Ahmad Dar, Senior Assistant ICDS Zaingair Sajad Ahmad Wani focuses on enhancing knowledge related to health and nutrition.
Experts from the Primary Health Center in Wagoora will contribute their insights, ensuring that Anganwadi workers are equipped with the essential skills to promote child development and well-being in the community.
