Hyderabad: In a significant development, four newly appointed additional judges were sworn in at the Telangana High Court on Saturday.
Justice Renuka Yara, Justice Nandikonda Narsing Rao, Justice E. Tirumaladevi, and Justice B R Madhusudhan Rao took their oaths in the presence of High Court Chief Justice Sujay Pal, who administered the ceremony.
Before their elevation, Justice Renuka Yara served as the Chief Judge of the City Civil Court, Justice Nandikonda Narsing Rao held the position of Chief Judge of the City Small Causes Court, Justice E. Tirumaladevi was the Registrar General and Vigilance Registrar of the High Court, and Justice B R Madhusudhan Rao was the Registrar (Administration) of the High Court.
With these appointments, the number of judges in the Telangana High Court has increased to 30 out of the sanctioned strength of 42, enhancing the court’s capacity to handle cases and deliver justice more effectively.
