Cairo: The Palestinian movement Hamas’ military wing, Al Qassam Brigades, has handed over on Thursday Israeli hostage Agam Berger to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, a broadcast by Al Jazeera TV showed.
The broadcast showed Berger getting into a Red Cross vehicle. The remaining two hostages will be handed over to the ICRC later on Thursday in Khan Ynuis in the southern Gaza Strip, Al Jazeera reported.
Al Qassam Brigades said on Wednesday that it will release three hostages on January 30, including Arbel Yehoud.
