KARNAH : In a commendable effort to assist the distressed families of Ibkote village, MLA Karnah Javid Ahmad Mirchal has successfully secured financial assistance for the fire victims from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The aid, approved under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, is aimed at helping the affected families recover and rebuild their lives following a devastating fire that left them in dire straits.

The tragic blaze, which recently ravaged several homes in Ibkote village, caused significant losses, rendering many residents homeless and depriving them of basic necessities. Recognizing their urgent need, MLA Mirchal promptly intervened and ensured the swift sanctioning of financial support.

In a statement to our media person , MLA Javid Ahmad Mirchal reiterated his dedication to supporting the community during crises. “Our foremost priority is to provide immediate relief to those affected and help them recover from this tragedy. I am deeply thankful to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for approving assistance from the Relief Fund,” he said.

The affected families expressed their appreciation for the timely aid, praising the MLA’s efforts in highlighting their plight to the government. Local residents and social activists also commended the initiative, stressing the importance of implementing long-term rehabilitation plans to prevent such incidents in the future.

As relief operations proceed, authorities have pledged to provide all necessary support to the fire victims, including temporary shelter, food, and essential supplies.
