Anjuman Sharie Shian calls on National Human Rights Commission in Delhi

Srinagar: Treating Azadars as so called terrorists only highlight the inefficiency of the administration indicates state of policing only to curtail freedoms of people : Anjuman Sharie to National Human Rights Commission
J&K anjuman Sharie Shian called on National Human Rights Commission in Delhi and submitted Memorandum regarding brute force which was used upon Azadars on 9th Muharram and Ashura .

In a statment Spokesperson said Anjuman Sharie Shian briefed National Human Rights Commission how pellets , shells were showered upon Azadars resulting in serious injuries in they eyes of scores of youths . Also the Azadars were booked under unlawful Acts .

Spokesperson further added “Anjuman Sharie Shian in its prayer requested the Commission to take cognisance of the incident and withdrew the FIRs logged against the youths and proper health assistance to be provided to those have recieved grave pellet injuries”.

The National Human Rights Commission assured that they will take cognisance of the subject matter .
