Srinagar: Himanshi Narwal, wife of Indian Navy officer Lt. Vinay Narwal who lost his life in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, on Thursday urged that those behind the carnage must be held accountable, but stressed that no particular community should be unfairly targeted.

During a donation event in Haryana, Himanshi as per news agency JKNS said, “We are seeking justice for what happened, but we don’t support hate against any group. Muslims and Kashmiris should not be blamed. We want peace, not division.”

She added, “Strict punishment should be given to those responsible, but I request people across India not to direct anger towards any community.” (JKNS)
