Minor receives gunshot wound in Lethpora Pampore

Srinagar, Oct 09: A minor boy sustained bullet injury mysteriously in Lethpora area of Pampore in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday evening.

An official told the neqs agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that during some heated argument between a few persons, someone opened fire, leaving a minor injured.

He identified the minor as Khushdil Gulzar(15), son of Gulzar Ahmed of Lethpora Pulwama.

He added that the minor boy was shifted to a nearby hospital where he is being treated and his condition is said to be stable.

Block Medical Officer (BMO) Pampore, Gulzar Ahmad told KNO that boy had sustained minor bullet injury and has been diacharged from the hospital after treatement.

A police official while confirming the incident said that investigation in this regard has been taken up—(KNO)
