Under this initiative, the Regional Passport Office, Srinagar, will operate the Mobile Passport Van to serve applicants within its jurisdiction. From Monday, June 16, 2025, to Wednesday, June 18, 2025, the Mobile Passport Van is stationed at National Information Centre, VC Hall, New Building, Near Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kargil. Residents and workers in Kargil and nearby areas can avail passport services by booking an appointment through the official website www.passportindia.gov. in. Applicants must select ‘Passport Van’ as the service option and choose their preferred slot during the specified dates.
