He was accompanied by Zonal Education Officers, departmental officials, and other staff members throughout the visit.
During the tour, the CEO inspected several schools and interacted directly with students to assess their academic performance. Visiting classrooms, he posed questions to the students, listened to their responses, and expressed satisfaction over their interest in learning.
Addressing a gathering of teachers at the Higher Secondary School Nachiyan, Mr. Shah stressed the importance of not only delivering academic content but also cultivating a clean, ethical, and positive educational environment. He remarked, “Teachers are the foundation of society. In their hands lies the future of the nation. The soil of Karnah is rich and fertile — its children are talented and intelligent. We must enlighten them with the power of education so they can become the leaders of tomorrow.”
He emphasized that no child should be left behind in the pursuit of education and instructed teachers to work diligently to increase enrollment rates in all schools. “Teaching is not just a duty; it is a form of worship. Teachers must serve this mission with sincerity, dedication, and love,” he added.
Mr. Shah also directed that special attention be given to cleanliness in schools and that a peaceful, focused learning environment be ensured so that students can study without distractions.
An important high-level meeting was held during the visit, attended by principals, headmasters, DDOs, and other concerned officials.
On the final day of the visit, the CEO toured schools in border villages including Simari Amrohi, Abkot, and Bardukot near the Line of Control at Teetwal. He reviewed teaching practices and observed student performance firsthand.
He also met with several public delegations who shared local educational concerns. Mr. Shah patiently listened to their grievances and assured them of timely redressal.
