Senior IPS Officer Abdul Ghani Mir Repatriated, Posted to J&K Segment of AGMUT Cadre

Srinagar, Sep 9 (JKNS): The Ministry of Home Affairs has ordered the posting of senior IPS officer Abdul Ghani Mir (AGMUT: 1994) to the Jammu and Kashmir segment of the AGMUT cadre after his repatriation from Central Deputation.

According to the order as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Mir will take charge in J&K with immediate effect and will continue in the post until further instructions are issued.

The decision, sanctioned by the Competent Authority, was conveyed through a formal order of the Government of India. (JKNS)
