Man Injured in Wild Bear Attack in Aishmuqam

Anantnag, Sep 21 (JKNS): A 46-year-old man was injured in a wild bear attack in Aishmuqam area of Anantnag district on Sunday.

Officials told news agency — JKNS that the injured has been identified as Manzoor Ahmad Mir, son of Ab Ahad Mir, resident of Ainoo Brai Aishmuqam. He was attacked by the bear while working in his paddy field.

The locals rushed him to PHC Aishmuqam, where doctors provided first aid before referring him to GMC Anantnag for advanced treatment. (JKNS)
