Srinagar, Sep 24 (JKNS): The weatherman on Wednesday said that weather across Jammu and Kashmir is expected to remain largely dry over the next 30 days, with only brief spells of rain possible in isolated areas during the next 48 hours.
Weather forecaster Faizan Arif, Running Kashmir independent weather Channel Kashmir Weather as per news agency JKNS said, that mostly dry weather is expected during next 30 days across Jammu and Kashmir.
Between October 8 and 25, “two weak Western Disturbances are likely to affect the region, which may bring light rain or snowfall at some places,” he said.
Faizan However said that, “the overall weather trend will remain predominantly dry.”
Water levels in rivers and streams are projected to decline significantly in the coming weeks. Day and night temperatures are expected to stay above normal, though a gradual dip is likely, particularly after October 1. (JKNS)
