Srinagar, Oct 23 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the promotion of Mr. Raj Kumar Raina, Deputy Director, to the post of Joint Director, Fire and Emergency Services, J&K, following recommendations from the Public Service Commission.
According to a government order issued by the Home Department as per news agency JKNS, As recommended by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of Mr. Raj Kumar Raina, Deputy Director as Joint Director, Fire and Emergency Services, J&K in Pay Level 12 (78800-209200) prospectively, with immediate effect.
The above promotion shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before competent court(s) of law, reads the order. (JKNS)
