Waltangoo Kund, Nov 4 (JKNS): Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Devsar, Peerzada Feroz Ahmad, today inaugurated the newly constructed Block Development Office (BDO) and Community Hall at Waltangoo Kund.
The two projects, completed at an estimated cost of ₹45 lakh, aim to strengthen local governance and provide better community facilities in the area.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Peerzada Feroz Ahmad said that the government is fully committed to the welfare and development of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He reiterated that the present government is working tirelessly to fulfill the promises made to the public.
“Our government is focused on delivering what we have committed in our election manifesto. The people have given us a five-year mandate, and every promise will be fulfilled within the stipulated time,” he said.
He also criticized the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), accusing it of misleading people about the government’s developmental initiatives. “The PDP is trying to befool the public, but people are aware of the ground realities and can see the progress for themselves,” he added.
The event was attended by local officials, public representatives, and a large gathering of residents who expressed their appreciation for the new facilities in the area. (JKNS)
