Srinagar, Nov 8 (JKNS): Tashi Dawa, winner of the Best Short Film award for “The Last Drop”, was presented with the trophy, shawl, and certificate on Saturday at a simple ceremony held at a hotel.
Due to flight delays, Dawa was unable to attend the award function yesterday.
The event was attended by festival director, jury members Bharat Kanhere, Shafqut Habib, and Mahanteshwar Bhosage, and guest of honour Lalit Parimoo. (JKNS)
