Kangan : Kangan cob ex Wusan army camp (24rr) organized a Swach Bharat campaign and Med campfor the locals of Margund village.
The event aimed at spreading awareness among locals on importance of cleanliness and village sanitation along with waste management system and concept of single use of plastic was also explained to the locals.
Medical camp was organized by RMO of unit to provide health checkups for locals and to ensure wellbeing of Awam during the said event.
local NGO ,Kashmir law circle also came forward and extended their full support during the event. The locals participated with great vigor and zeal and *appreciated the efforts of army.event witnessed great participation from locals and they were assured for such helps and initiatives in future.
Margund village* has been adopted by the cob to further continue the good work and keep educating and helping the Awam and making the life better for the people here*.
