Srinagar, Jan 7 (JKNS): As part of an intensified probe into cyber terror activities, Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) on Wednesday carried out coordinated raids at multiple locations across the Kashmir Valley, targeting suspected mule accounts, officials said.
Sources told news agency JKNS that searches are being conducted at around 22 locations across different districts of Kashmir. Of these, about 15 locations are in Srinagar, while the remaining raids are spread across other parts of the Valley.
The ongoing operation is aimed at identifying and dismantling financial channels allegedly being misused for cyber terror-related activities, sources said.
Raids were continuing at the time of filing this report, and more details are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses. (JKNS)
