Kupwara, Jan 26 (JKNS): A proud and patriotic atmosphere prevailed at the Mini Secretariat Karnah, Kupwara, where the National Flag was unfurled at 10:00 AM by Tehsildar Karnah, Mohd Amin Bhat, marking the Republic Day celebrations.
Officials from all government departments were present at the event, highlighting unity and administrative participation. The program featured vibrant cultural performances by school students, showcasing patriotism and Prahari cultural traditions.
