Hyderbeigh Pattan Accident Claims One Life, Another Injured

Pattan, Jan 29 (JKNS): One person was killed while another sustained injuries in a road accident involving an Eco van and a truck at the Hyderbeigh area of Pattan on Thursday morning.

Reports reaching news agency JKNS said that two brothers were travelling in the Eco van when the collision occurred. One of them suffered critical injuries and was rushed to the Trauma Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The other injured brother was initially treated at Pattan Hospital and was later referred to Srinagar for advanced medical treatment.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
