Srinagar, Jan 30 (JKNS): Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday paid heartfelt tributes to the martyrs on the occasion of Martyrs’ Day, recalling their supreme sacrifices for the nation and the values of freedom, justice and democracy.
In a post on X, the Office of the J&K CM as per news agency JKNS wrote, “Today on Martyrs’ Day, the Chief Minister paid rich tributes to the martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation and the ideals of freedom, justice and democracy.”
He said their supreme sacrifices will always remain a source of inspiration for generations. A two-minute silence was also observed at the Civil Secretariat in their honour, reads the post. (JKNS)
