Srinagar, Feb 02 (JKNS): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday carried out raids at multiple locations in different parts of the Kashmir Valley in connection with an ongoing terror conspiracy case.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that the searches were launched early morning in Srinagar, Sopore and Bandipora districts as part of investigations into terror-related activities and funding links.
According to officials, teams of the NIA, with assistance from local police and paramilitary forces, conducted simultaneous searches at residential and other premises allegedly connected with suspected individuals.
“The action is aimed at dismantling terror support and financing networks operating in the Valley,” an official said, adding that the exercise is part of a broader probe being carried out by the agency.
