Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 5 (JKNS): A media team from Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday visited the Press Information Bureau (PIB) office in Thiruvananthapuram Kerala as part of a media tour organised by PIB Srinagar.
During the visit, the media delegates interacted with Shri V. Palanichamy, Additional Director General, PIB Thiruvananthapuram. Dr. Athira Thampi, Deputy Director, was also present during the interaction.
The delegation discussed the role of PIB in government communication, media outreach and information dissemination, and shared experiences related to media functioning in different regions of the country.
On the occasion, Shri V. Palanichamy was felicitated by the visiting media team with a traditional Kashmiri shawl and local handicrafts as a gesture of goodwill and cultural exchange. (JKNS)
