Bandipora, Feb 6 (JKNS): Janata Dal (United) (JDU) on Friday held an important organisational meeting at Najan Sonawari in Bandipora district, during which the party reconstituted its new district body.
The programme was presided over by JDU District President Ghulam Mohammad Dar, who was accompanied by Women’s District President Afrooza Begum and other senior party leaders.
During the meeting, appointment letters were distributed to newly nominated Block Presidents, Youth leaders, and other party functionaries.
Addressing the media on the occasion, Ghulam Mohammad Dar said that such meetings would help strengthen the party at the grassroots level and enhance organisational coordination across the district.
He added that JDU remains commited to empowering local leadership and working for the welfare of the people. (JKNS)
