Srinagar, Feb 14 (JKNS): The Indian Army’s Chinar Corps on Saturday paid homage to the soldiers who laid down their lives in the Pulwama terror attack, describing February 14 as “a black day” in their hearts.

In a post shared on X, as per news agency JKNS, the Corps stated in Urdu (translated to english), “4 فروری — ہمارے دلوں کا ایک سیاہ دن۔ کشمیر پلوامہ میں شہید ہونے والے بہادر سپاہیوں کے ساتھ یکجہتی میں کھڑا ہے۔ اُن کی قربانی ہمیں خوف اور نفرت سے بالاتر ہو کر متحد کرتی ہے۔”

The message added in English: “14th February — A Black Day in our hearts. Kashmir stands in solidarity with the brave souls we lost in Pulwama. Their sacrifice unites us beyond fear and hatred.” — (JKNS)
