Badipora Worker Critically Injured After Electrocution in Lal Bazar Srinagar

Srinagar, Mar 7 (JKNS): A man sustained critical burn injuries after receiving an electric shock while working at Lal Bazar area of Srinagar on Friday, officials said.

Official sources told news agency JKNS, The injured has been identified as 30-year-old, a resident of Kudara, Bandipora. He was immediately shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment where doctors said his condition is critical.

He was working and was adjusting a cable at Hakeem Mohalla, Lal Bazar when he accidentally came into contact with a service line, resulting in an electric shock.

Officials said the victim sustained multiple burn injuries in the incident. (JKNS)
