Srinagar, Mar 9 (JKNS): A prominent blood donation camp was organized at GC Srinagar in collaboration with SKIMS Bemina on 6 March 2026, which was inaugurated by P.K.Sharma, IG, Srinagar Sector CRPF on the occasion of 87th CRPF Raising Day.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from officers and personnel of CRPF, who voluntarily donated blood to support patients in need and strengthen the local healthcare system. Similar blood donations camps were also organized by operational units deployed across Srinagar, Budgam & Ganderbal from 6 to 9 March 2026.
The initiative reflects the humanitarian commitment and social responsibility of the Force towards society. A large number of CRPF personnel donated blood and contributed to this noble cause with great enthusiasm.
The events highlighted the spirit of service and dedication of CRPF personnel, who continue to serve the nation not only by safeguarding security but also by extending support to society through such humanitarian activities.
