Condolence Meeting Held in Karnah; Prayers Offered for Late Mohammad Sultan

Karnah: A condolence meeting was held in Karnah to mourn the demise of Mohammad Sultan, father of senior journalists Yahya Sultan and Zahoor Sultan. The meeting was presided over by Peerzada Sayeed.

People from various walks of life attended the gathering and expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss. Among those present were Peerzada Sayeed, Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad, Ishfaq Sayeed, Tahir Qadoos, Wasim Baba, Zubair Ahmad, Khushal Khawaja, and District Information Officer Kupwara and Baramulla, Iftikhar Naseem.

Special prayers were offered for the forgiveness of the departed soul, elevation of his ranks, and a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous.

While addressing the gathering, Peerzada Sayeed described the deceased as a pious and noble person whose absence will always be felt. He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that Almighty Allah grants the departed soul eternal peace and gives strength and patience to the family to bear this irreparable loss.

The meeting concluded with a collective dua and Fateha for the departed soul.
