Srinagar, April 12: The Power Development Department (PDD) has failed to repair the damaged transformer in Wazapora Naidkhai village of Bandipora village, forcing the villagers to reel under darkness.
The residents of Wazapora village said that the transformer in their area developed technical snag, but the authorities have failed to repair since then forcing them to reel under darkness.
The residents said that department is deliberately forcing them to reel under darkness. We approached PDD officials several times but things remained unchanged, they said.The residents have appealed District administration Bandipora and Chief Engineer PDD Kashmir to look into the issue, so that they can get sigh of relief from daily problems.
