Indian Army’s 62 RR Organizes Painting Competition in Beerwah School

Budgam April 6: The 62 RR (Rashtriya Rifles) of the Indian Army organized a painting competition at Government Primary School Sonpah in Beerwah, with the objective of promoting creativity and patriotism among young students.

The competition was centered around themes of the Indian national flag and the Indian Army, encouraging students to creatively express their ideas and admiration for the nation through art. A large number of students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their artistic talents and patriotic spirit.

Students expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Indian Army for organizing such a unique and inspiring programme. Many participants shared that it was the first time such an event had been organized in their school, giving them a valuable platform to display their hidden talents.

Army officials appreciated the efforts and creativity of the students and ensured a fair evaluation of all artworks. Prizes were awarded to the students who secured top positions in the competition.

The programme concluded on a joyful note with refreshments distributed among the students, adding to their excitement and happiness.

Local residents also lauded the initiative taken by the Indian Army, stating that such activities not only nurture young talent but also strengthen the bond between the Army and the local community.
