Karnah: An unfortunate incident was reported from the Padnah Prade area of border town Karnah, where a poor resident lost his livestock in a wild animal attack. On March 9, several goats belonging to Mohammad Ismail, son of Lal Din, a resident of Amrohi Karnah, were attacked during the night.

According to reports, five goats were killed in the incident, while four others remain missing. The affected individual stated that the wild animal entered the livestock enclosure at night and carried out the attack, resulting in significant financial loss.

He further mentioned that these goats were the sole source of livelihood for his family, and the loss has pushed him into severe financial hardship.

The victim has appealed to the government and the concerned department to provide immediate compensation so that he can continue to support his family. Meanwhile, local residents have also expressed concern over the incident and have urged the authorities to take effective measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
