Srinagar, Apr 14 (JKNS): Cyber Police on Tuesday issued a fresh advisory cautioning netizens against sharing provocative, misleading, or unverified content on social media platforms.
According to the advisory, as per news agency JKNS, online activities are being closely monitored and any attempt to spread misinformation or create unrest will be dealt with strictly under law.
Officials urged citizens to act responsibly and verify information before sharing it, reiterating the message: “Think before you share.”
They emphasized that spreading unverified or provocative content can have serious consequences and appealed to the public to maintain digital discipline to ensure peace and order. — (JKNS)
