March 30: Bandipora Police along with the joint teams of Revenue and Municipal Committee Bandipora held an anti encroachment drive in main town Bandipora.
The special team was headed by DySP Hqrs Bandipora along with SHO PS Bandipora under the close supervision of SSP Bandipora.
During the special drive, illegal obstructions on the footpaths raised by shopkeepers/ street vendors were removed to ensure smooth movement of traffic and pedestrians.
The locals of the area hailed the effort of police and civil administration Bandipora in eradicating the menace of encroachment from footpaths/roads.
