Srinagar: Inspector General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar once again appealed to the parents of newly recruited militants to persuade their kids to come back into mainstream even before they are trapped in an encounter.

Appeals should be made regularly. Parents shouldn’t confine themselves to the last appeal when their children are trapped in an encounter, ends the Tweet.
