Bandipora, Apr 12:A-25-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a road accident in Naninari sumbal area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday.
An official told news agency that a motorcyclist lost his control and collided with a Load carrier vehicle at Naninari area of Sumbal, resulting in critical injuries.
He said that the injured was immediately rushed to Sumbal hospital where he was referred to Srinagar hospital for treatment where doctors declared him ‘brought dead’.
The official identified the deceased as Zubair Majeed Sofi Son of Majeed Sofi a resident of Tangpora Nesbal.
He said that a case under relevant sections of laws has been registered in concerned police station and further investigation taken up.
