KISHTWAR, SEPTEMBER 09: District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson, Kishtwar Pooja Thakur in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. Devansh Yadav today flagged off Swasthya Rath” to promote Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, besides dedicated a new Ambulance to PHC Dachhan, here from DC Office Complex.
The Ambulance has been donated by Chenab Valley Power Projects Pvt. Ltd (CVPPPL) and dedicated to Public.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC Chairperson congratulated the general public and said that the Ambulance will augment the emergency Medicare facility and benefit the people of that far-flung area.
She also expressed her gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner, CVPPL and Health Authorities.
Meanwhile, District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson Kishtwar Pooja Thakur in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. Devansh Yadav flagged off “Swashtya Rath” a Mobile Medical Unit to spread awareness about the harmful and fatal effects of the menace of drug abuse under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.
The Swashtya Rath fitted with louder speakers shall spread awareness across the host spot areas of District Kishtwar.
