Srinagar, Nov 11 :- The Gurez-Bandipora road has been closed for all traffic movements following snow accumulation in the region.
An official told that the area received approximately 3 inches of snow, with ongoing snowfall expected to add to the total accumulations following which road was closed for all kinds of traffic.
He said that the area has witnessed snowfall along with strong winds due to which travelling on the road is very dangerous.
He added that after the snowfall stops, efforts will be made to restore traffic on the road.—(NVI)
