Kupwara , 10 Oct : As per the plan of action 2025 and clandar of activities for the month of october Tahsil legal servers committee tangdhar under the ages of District Lgal services Authority kupwara under order no DLSA/KUP2025/474 DATED 29-09-2025 organises Awareness and Action programme on world mental health day today on 10_10_2025 at Army good will school teetwal karnah

In observance of World Mental Health Day 2025, legal aid clinic Teetwal karnah under the supervision of Chairman Tehsil legal services committee Tangdhar karnah/ Munsiff Tangdhar Mr Mansoor Ahmad Mir .This collaboration with army Good will school in raising awareness about mental health and well-being. This year’s theme, “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right,” highlights the urgent need for

access to quality mental health care for all, regardless of age, background, or geography.World Mental Health Day, observed annually on October 10, provides an opportunity to educate the public, reduce stigma, and advocate for policies that support mental health care. Principal of Army good will school Teetwal Mr Yasir Malik give a detail lecture on 2025, the global mental health crisis continues to affect millions, with WHO estimating that one in every eight people in the world live with a mental health condition.The awareness programee marked the day with a series of impactful events, including:
stress management, emotional resilience, and suicide prevention.

We should ensure that no one suffers in scilence , outlining key mental health challenges faced by local communities, emphasizing the need for Greater investment in mental health services.School- and workplace-based mental health programs need to strengthen Public education campaigns to combat stigma and discrimination.

At the last while giving word of thanks Vice principal of Army good will school Bilal Hussain Shah stress the need for conducting more such programme for awareness of the students because students are the coming citizens ,leaders and pillars of the society.
