Several prominent poets from across the Valley recited their poetry, paying rich tribute to the life, legacy, and literary contribution of Habba Khatoon. The poets who presented their kalam included Atiqa Sidiqi, Mashru Naseebabadi, Yahya Tawseef, Parvaiz Gulshan, Mysar Nashaad, Rida Mudasir, Irshad Ahmad Irshad, Tanha Iqbal, Sagar Salam, Azam Farooq, Javed Sagar, Shah Meem, Azhar Muqaami, and Zeeshan Afaaq.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Raj Saeb shared an insightful message highlighting Habba Khatoon’s timeless poetry and her profound influence on Kashmiri language and culture. Guest of Honour Riyaz Anzoo spoke about Habba Khatoon’s emotional depth and cultural relevance, while Sagar Nazir emphasised the need to reconnect younger generations with classical Kashmiri poets through such literary initiatives.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Ehsaas Foundation Zahoor Ahmad Malik expressed gratitude to all poets, chief guest, guests of honour, participants, and attendees for making the event memorable. He also thanked the press and media fraternity, journalists, and Khalid Muntazir from Radio Rabita for their support and coverage. Special appreciation was extended to Venue Partner Al-Sufra Restaurant, Printing Partner Media Line, and Saadat Mohideen (Aapa Foods) for supporting the successful organisation of the event.

The Mehfil-e-Mushaira concluded with a renewed commitment by Ehsaas Foundation to continue promoting poetry, culture, and literary heritage across the Kashmir Valley.
