Anti-Drug Awareness Drive Held in Yaripora, Police Urge Youth to Stay Away from Menace

Srinagar, Apr 22 (JKNS): A drug awareness rally was organized in Yaripora area of Kulgam district on Wednesday, witnessing active participation from local residents and officials.

The rally was attended by DSP Operations and SHO Yaripora, who interacted with the participants and highlighted the growing concern of drug abuse in society.

Addressing the gathering, the officers urged people, especially the youth, to stay away from drugs and play a constructive role in building a healthy and drug-free society.

They also called upon the public to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in curbing the menace and spreading awareness at the grassroots level. — (JKNS)
