Srinagar, May 3 (JKNS): A 58-year-old man was found dead after allegedly hanging himself from an apple tree in his orchard in Shopian district on Sunday.
Officials told news agency JKNS that 58 year old man a resident of Urpora Nagbal and a shopkeeper by profession.
Family members found him dead in the orchard and immediately shifted him to the Community Health Centre (CHC) Zainapora, where doctors declared him brought dead, they said.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation is underway.they added.—(JKNS)
