Srinagar, July 12: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, conducted a series of important organisational engagements at its Srinagar party headquarters aimed at strengthening the organisation, enhancing digital outreach, and addressing public grievances.
A meeting of the BJP Social Media and IT team was chaired by BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Sh. Ashok Koul. The meeting was attended by State Secretary Mudasir Wani, State Media Co-Incharge Sajid Yousuf, Spokisperson Danish Bhat, IT & Social Media State Co-Incharge Sajad Raina, State Executive Member Mohammad Amin Shah, State Executive Member Nasir Ahmad Lone, and other party functionaries. Addressing the meeting, Ashok Koul emphasised the importance of strengthening the party’s digital presence and ensuring the timely dissemination of factual information regarding the party’s programmes, policies, and developmental initiatives. He urged social media volunteers to work with dedication and discipline to effectively connect with the people and counter misinformation.
In another significant organisational programme, Ashok Koul chaired a meeting of BJP District Srinagar office bearers at the party headquarters. The meeting reviewed the party’s organisational activities, discussed upcoming programmes, and deliberated on strategies to further strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level. Koul called upon party workers to remain actively engaged with the public and work collectively to ensure the effective implementation of the party’s organisational and public outreach initiatives.
Later, a public delegation led by BJP State Executive Member Nasir Ahmad Lone met BJP State General Secretary Mohd Anwar Khan at the Srinagar party office. The delegation highlighted various public issues and developmental concerns affecting the people of their area. Mohd Anwar Khan gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them that the matters raised would be taken up with the concerned authorities for their early and appropriate resolution.
The meetings reflected the BJP’s continued focus on organisational strengthening, public service, and expanding its outreach through both grassroots engagement and effective digital communication.
