Addressing the participants, Satish Sharma congratulated the organisers and the women riders for undertaking a unique expedition dedicated to the memory of the country’s fallen heroes. He said the initiative is a powerful tribute to the unmatched valour of the armed forces and an inspiring example of how women are breaking barriers by actively participating in challenging adventure activities.

He said the sacrifices of the brave soldiers can never be forgotten and every citizen has a collective responsibility to preserve their legacy for future generations.
Highlighting the importance of sports and adventure activities, Satish Sharma said the Government of Jammu and Kashmir is committed to creating an enabling environment for youth, particularly women, to participate in sports, fitness and leadership-oriented initiatives.
