Srinagar, Aug 6 (JKNS): Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar has secured the 80th position among India’s top MBBS colleges in the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) MBBS Rankings 2026, while emerging as the highest-ranked medical college in Jammu & Kashmir, reaffirming its status as the Union Territory’s premier institution for medical education and healthcare.
According to the latest rankings released by the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF), as per news agency JKNS, GMC Srinagar has earned national recognition for its performance in medical education, academic standards, clinical training, research, faculty strength and institutional infrastructure.
