Beerwah, Aug 13 (JKNS): A vibrant Har Ghar Tiranga Mega Rally was organised in Beerwah under the joint initiative of the Tehsil Administration Beerwah, Beerwah Police, Municipal Committee Beerwah, and Youth Leader & Social Activist Muzammil Mehmood. The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, local residents, volunteers, and members of civil society.
Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SHO) Beerwah Mudasir Nazar and Tehsildar Beerwah Alaya Tabassum participated in the rally alongside officials from the civil administration, police, and municipal authorities, adding to the significance of the event.
The rally commenced from the Municipal Committee Beerwah and culminated at the Tehsil Office Beerwah, with participants proudly carrying the National Flag and raising patriotic slogans to encourage every household to hoist the Tricolour as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.
During the event, Carrying People Welfare Foundation Chairman Muzamil Ahmad distributed drinking water and juice among the participants, appreciating the overwhelming public response and ensuring the comfort of those taking part in the rally.
Addressing the gathering, Youth Leader and Social Activist Muzammil Mehmood said that the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign reflects national pride, unity, and respect for the sacrifices made by India’s freedom fighters. He urged citizens, especially the youth, to actively participate in the campaign by proudly hoisting the National Flag at their homes and strengthening the spirit of patriotism and national integration.
The organisers expressed gratitude to the Tehsil Administration Beerwah, Beerwah Police, Municipal Committee Beerwah, educational institutions, volunteers, and the general public for their wholehearted support in making the mega rally a grand success. (JKNS)
