Srinagar, Aug 19 (JKNS): Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat on Wednesday conducted an operational review of Temporary Operating Bases (TOBs) established at strategic locations on the northern face of the Pir Panjal range, reviewing their preparedness, deployment, logistics and security arrangements.

During the visit, the DGP reviewed the operational preparedness, deployment, logistics and security arrangements at the TOBs. He interacted with the officers and personnel deployed there and emphasized maintaining a high level of operational readiness, effective area domination and close coordination among all security agencies.
The DGP appreciated the efforts of the officers and personnel deployed in the challenging terrain and stressed the importance of sustained vigilance and preparedness to effectively meet emerging security challenges.
The DGP was accompanied by Sh. V.K. Birdi, IPS, IG Kashmir Zone; Sh. Rajiv Pandey; Sh. Hariprasad K.K., SSP Budgam; Sh. Sajjad Hussain, ASP Budgam; Sh. Mohd Ashrif Lissery, SDPO Magam, and other senior police officers and personnel. (JKNS)
